3. Are there other delivery options i.e Self Collection etc.?
No, we currently do not offer any other delivery options.
4. Emergency! I need my order the next day and I can’t afford to wait.
Our roastery runs 24/7 so we may be able to accede to your request. Please drop us an email at email@example.com, labelled Emergency. Our staff will respond within 1 working day.
5. I’d like to make a one-time bulk purchase and was hoping to get a discount.
For bulk purchases above SGD1000, please drop us an email with your desired order at firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information. Our staff will reply with a price quotation within 3 working days.
6. What are the payment options?
Bank transfer via PAYNOW is accepted. After placing your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions and your unique payment ID.
7. Do you do COD/Visa/Mastercard?
No, we currently do not offer these options.
8. When will my order be confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been verified.
9. Help! I received an email saying my order has been cancelled.
All orders that do not receive payment within 3 working days will be automatically cancelled and notified via email.
